Bespoke Design Service
The UnReal Florist offers individually commissioned faux floral arrangements and faux botanical displays tailored to the client and their space.

Initial Consultation
Projects may begin through email, telephone, video consultation or an in-home consultation.

In-Home Design Consultation
A £95 consultation fee is payable in advance. The fee includes travel, professional design advice, assessment of the space and tailored recommendations. The fee is fully redeemable against the client’s first confirmed order. Home consultations are available throughout Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Dorset, Wiltshire, Bristol, locations accessible via the M4, M5 and A303 corridors, and Greater London. Appointments may be cancelled or rearranged without charge with at least 48 hours notice.

Quotations
Quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

Design Interpretation
All arrangements are handcrafted and artistic interpretation forms part of the bespoke design process.
Materials and Substitutions

Where specific stems, foliage or containers are unavailable, substitutions of equal or higher quality may be made.

Customer Approval
Significant revisions outside the agreed brief may incur additional charges.

Bespoke Orders and Cancellation Rights
Bespoke products are exempt from standard cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Returns and Refunds
Bespoke products are non-returnable except where required by law.

Photography
Completed commissions may be photographed for portfolio, website and marketing purposes.

Intellectual Property
All design concepts, photography, arrangement designs and branding remain the intellectual property of The UnReal Florist.

Commercial and Interior Design Projects

Commercial, hospitality and interior design projects may be subject to separate contractual terms.
